By accessing and using Digital Gateway Portugal, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Our platform serves as an administrative infrastructure layer to facilitate international student relocation to Portugal.

2. Description of Services

We provide a centralized platform coordinating essential relocation tasks, including but not limited to:

• Tax Identification Number (NIF) acquisition through authorized local representatives.
• Bank account opening coordination with partnered Portuguese banks.
• Housing marketplace access featuring verified landlords and properties.

3. User Responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the onboarding process. Falsifying documents or providing misleading information may result in immediate termination of services and reporting to relevant authorities.

4. Limitation of Liability

While we strive to ensure 100% compliance and timely execution, Digital Gateway Portugal is an intermediary infrastructure layer. We are not liable for delays caused by the Portuguese government, SEF/AIMA, banking institutions, or third-party landlords.
